It is whether you like it or not, on anything you appreciate or not.
If you don't like anything or appreciate it, you may say it's stupid or foolish or silly to do it, play it and later love it. For instance, to those people who don't appreciate golf, don't understand it and don't know how to play it because it's an expensive hobby or game , they will utter "Golf is a very stupid game. Only stupid people play golf, spending so much money just to hit the silly ball into the foolish hole " .
Talking about football, for example, to those persons who dislike the game, they may say
"They are all stupid fellows, 22 of them, 20 of them players chasing and running after the stupid ball and 2 silly persons (the goal-keepers on each side) waiting for the stupid ball".
Another example is on Formula One Grand Prix Motor Racing which to those people, including me, who really don't appreciate motor racing since younger days will say, "What's so grand about Grand Prix Motor Racing ? It's very noisy, just the stupid engine sound coming from the stupid racing car, be it Ferrari, Mercedes and so forth. Why these foolish people so stupid, there's nothing much to see, just the silly noise down the winding tracks, nothing else ?".
Many people love, like and appreciate art a lot and would keep on drawing, painting and framing the art piece. But, to those who don't really appreciate art, they may not even take a glance at any art piece at all. They may tell you, "What's so good about art ? Just view the natural scenery will be even more natural than looking at the artwork" . Artists spend many hours, days and even months to complete their artworks through very much hard work . But, the artworks will be worthless if no one appreciates or loves them.
